14 m of 12 strand 10 mm UHMWPE synthetic rope used to extend the distance from an anchor point to the winch. This line has an average breaking strength of 20,500 pounds (9,300 kg).

To shorten the rope length when winching, either run less of the hand winch rope out, or tie a bowline knot along the desired length of the extension rope. The bowline knot can reduce rope breaking strength by an estimated 30-50% (4650 - 6,500 kg). May come with a spliced end and protector, or both ends free, depending on supply.
